Cultural and Creative Industries in the Baltic Countries

Abstract:

Práce analyzuje kulturní a kreativní průmysly v pobaltských zemích. V úvodní části je zmíněn historický a ekonomický vývoj a jeho vliv na současnou situaci v jednotlivých státech. Následuje obecné vymezení kulturních a kreativních průmyslů a adaptace tohoto konceptu v případě pobaltských zemí. Pro každý stát jsou zdůrazněna specifika jejich přístupů ke kulturním a kreativním průmyslům a uvedeny konkrétní příklady organizací fungujících v sektoru. V závěrečné části je zachycena situace v sektoru kulturních a kreativních průmyslů v České republice a oblasti, ve kterých se Česká republika může inspirovat v pobaltském vzoru.

Abstract:

Thesis analyses cultural and creative industries in the Baltic countries. The first part of the text consists of historical and economical development of the region and its influence to the current situation in the Baltic states. General definition of cultural and creative industries is applied to the specific situation in the Baltic countries. Particular attention is paid separately to the countries and the best practices in the sector of cultural and creative industries. Final part of the thesis is focused on the situation in the Czech republic and recommendation for it based on the Baltic experiences.
