Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá vlivem respektující komunikace a partnerského přístupu učitele na atmosféru třídy v souvislosti s hodinami tělesné výchovy žáků 8. a 9. třídy. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jak efektivní zvládání emocí učitelem a respektující komunikace může pozitivně ovlivnit klima třídy ve školním prostředí žáků 8. a 9. ročníku se zaměřením na jejich vulgární vyjadřování během výuky. V první části této práce charakterizuji žáky druhého stupně, a to především žáky 8. a 9. třídy. Popisuji respektující komunikaci, její prvky, vliv na vzdělávání, pocity/emoce a reakce. Dále se zabývám čtyřmi body rovnováhy pro správné vyvážení vztahů žáka a učitele. V druhé části této práce nejprve uvádím svoji domněnku, že zvládání vlastních emocí učitele má pozitivní vliv na klima třídy a zaměřuji se na vlastní pozorování žáků v hodinách tělesné výchovy jako zvolené šetření a popis konkrétních situací. V závěru práce zhodnotím jednotlivé případy z pozorování a pokusím se prokázat pravdivost mého předpokladu.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with the influence of respectful communication and the teacher's partnership approach on the classroom atmosphere in the context of physical education classes of 8th and 9th grade students. The aim of the thesis is to explore how effective emotions management by the teacher and respectful communication can positively affect the classroom climate in the school environment of 8th and 9th grade students with a focus on their vulgar expressions during lessons. In the first part of this paper, I characterize the second-grade students, especially the 8th and 9th grade students. I describe respectful communication, its elements, its impact on learning, feelings/emotions, and reactions. Next, I discuss the four points of balance for proper student-teacher relationships. In the second part of this thesis, I first present my hypothesis that teachers' management of their own emotions has a positive effect on the classroom atmosphere and focus on my own observations of students in physical education classes as the chosen research method and description of specific situations. At the end of the paper, I evaluate the individual cases from the observations and try to prove the truth of my hypothesis.
