Bakalářská práce v teoretické části definuje dlouhodobý majetek, jeho pořízení, odpisování, vymezuje rozdíl mezi technickým zhodnocením a opravami provedenými na pronajatém dlouhodobém hmotném majetku z účetního a daňového pohledu. In the theoretical part, the Bachelor Thesis defines fixed assets, their acquisition and depreciation, as well as the difference between technical improvement and repairs performed on the rented fixed tangible assets from the accounting and tax perspective.
