Diplomová práce se zabývá rolí ředitelů projevovanou v procesu dalšího vzdělávání učitelů. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, popsat a vysvětlit, jak ředitelé středních škol v Jihomoravském kraji pracují s dalším vzděláváním učitelů. My diploma thesis deals with the role of headmasters in the process of further education for teachers. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out, describe and explain, how the headmasters of high schools in the South Moravian region handle further education for teachers.
