Diplomová práce se věnuje strategiím řízení třídy voleným základními školami v Ústeckém kraji k práci se sociálně znevýhodněnými žáky. Strategie jsou omezeny na oblast managementu chování u žáků druhého stupně základní školy. The thesis focuses on classroom management strategies chosen by primary schools to work with socially disadvantaged pupils. The strategies are limited to the area of behaviour management for pupils in the second cycle of elementary school (middle school).
