Development of creativity in educating with respect to pupils with intellectual disabilities in the context of inclusion in a mainstream school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na kreativní vyučování, zejména na rozvoj kreativity učitelů 1. a 2. stupně běžné základní školy s ohledem na žáky s mentálním postižením v rámci inkluze. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na strategii výuky žáků s mentálním postižením a na možnosti výchovy a vzdělávání těchto žáků. Charakterizuje tvořivost, tvořivého učitele a představuje také aktivizační metody, které vedou k tvořivému vyučování. V empirické části diplomové práce bylo cílem zjistit, jaký mají učitelé 1. a 2. stupně běžné základní školy přístup k tvořivé výuce, do jaké míry používají aktivizační metody, které pomáhají k lepšímu pochopení a zapamatování si učiva především žákům se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, a možné překážky, pro které učitelé nemohou nebo nechtějí používat aktivizační metody ve své výuce.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on creative teaching, especially the development of creativity at teachers of the 1st and the 2nd grades of mainstream schools, with respect to pupils with mental disabilities in the context of inclusion. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on strategies for teaching pupils with learning difficulties, and the possibilities of education of these pupils. This part of the thesis identifies the conception of creativity, creative teacher and it also present activating methods that lead to creative teaching. The goal of the empirical part of the thesis was to find out what approach the creative teaching the teachers of 1st and 2nd grades have, how they use activating methods that help to better understanding and remembering the subject mainly for pupils with learning difficulties, and what are possible obstacles for which teachers cannot or do not want to use activating methods in their teaching.
