Abstract:

Práce se soustředí na dopad spolupráce mezi sociálními pracovníky oddělení sociálních věcí a sociálně-právní ochrany dětí na obci, kdy záměrem je pomoci rodinám s dětmi ohroženými bezdomovectvím. Cílem diplomové práce je zkoumat dopad spolupráce oddělení sociálních věcí a oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí na obci z pohledu sociálních pracovníků, kteří pracují s rodinami s dětmi ohroženými bezdomovectvím. První kapitola se soustředí na popis sociální práce na obecním úřadě s rozšířenou působností. Dále se práce zaměřuje na představení rolí sociálních pracovníků oddělení sociálních věcí a sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a ukotvení v legislativě. Po této kapitole se práce věnuje nástroji výkonu sociální práce v odděleních sociálního oboru. Teoretickou oporu diplomové práce ukončuje kapitola vypovídající o sociální práci zaměřenou na rodiny s dětmi, které jsou ohroženy bezdomovectvím a současně uvádí i formy bydlení, ve kterých se rodiny ocitají a kde sociální pracovníci oddělení sociálních věcí a oddělení sociálně - právní ochrany dětí vstupují. Výzkumná část popisuje provedení kvalitativního výzkumu tohoto tématu s následnou analýzou a interpretací získaných dat.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the impact of cooperation between social workers of the Department of Social Affairs and Social and Legal Protection of Children in the municipality, where the intention is to help families with children at risk of homelessness. The objective of the diploma thesis is to describe the cooperation between these departments, focusing primarily on the impact of this cooperation on families with children at risk of homelessness who move in shelters and hostels. The first chapter focuses on the description of social work at the municipal office with extended powers. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the introduction of the roles of social workers of the Department of Social Affairs and the socio-legal protection of children and anchoring in legislation. After this chapter, the thesis deals with the tool of social work performance in the departments of social science. The theoretical support of the diploma thesis ends with a chapter on social work focused on families with children who are at risk of homelessness and at the same time introduces the forms of housing in which families find themselves and where social workers of the Department of Social Affairs and the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children enter. The research part describes the performance of qualitative research on this topic with the subsequent analysis and interpretation of the obtained data. Based on the analysis and subsequent interpretation of the research data, the main research question was answered.
