Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany spotřebitele. Oblast ochrany spotřebitele je velice dynamická, neustále se vyvíjí a postupem času se ukazuje stále důležitější. This thesis is focused on consumer protection issues which is very dynamic and it is constantly developing and still more important. Consumer is being considered as a weaker party of a contractual relationship and that is the reason to protect him against possible unfair behaviour of businessmen and create guarantees for him.
