Analysis and development of the current state of human resources in the company Sephora

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice řízení lidských zdrojů v konkrétním podnikovém prostředí. Jejím hlavním cílem je provést analýzu současného stavu lidských zdrojů ve firmě a navrhnout opatření a strategie pro jejich efektivní využití a zlepšení. Práce se zaměřuje na důkladné zkoumání existujících postupů a procesů v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, včetně jejich účinnosti a souladu s potřebami a cíli organizace. Práce zahrnuje rozhovor s klíčovými členy HR oddělení, které má přímý vliv na personální politiku a praxi ve firmě a dotazník spokojenosti cílený na zaměstnance. Výsledky slouží k získání hlubšího vhledu do současného stavu, identifikaci případných nedostatků a problémových oblastí a také ke zjištění potřeb a očekávání zaměstnanců. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou navržena konkrétní opatření a strategie, které mají potenciál přinést zlepšení v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. V závěrečné části práce jsou shrnuty klíčové poznatky a doporučení pro efektivní využívání lidských zdrojů v daném podnikovém prostředí.

Abstract:

This thesis addresses the issue of human resource management in a specific business environment. Its main objective is to conduct an analysis of the current state of human resources within the company and propose measures and strategies for their effective utilization and improvement. The thesis focuses on a thorough examination of existing practices and processes in human resource management, including their effectiveness and alignment with the organization's needs and goals. The research includes interviews with key members of the HR department who have a direct impact on personnel policies and practices within the company, as well as a satisfaction questionnaire targeted at employees. The results serve to gain a deeper understanding of the current state, identify potential deficiencies and problematic areas, and uncover the needs and expectations of employees. The final part of the thesis summarizes the key findings and recommendations for the efficient utilization of human resources in the given business environment.
