Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá léčebně-rehabilitačním plánem a postupem u pacientů s traumatickou míšní lézí s klinickým obrazem tetraplegie. Obecná část je věnována anatomii, fyziologii, kineziologii, patofyziologii, klinickému obrazu míšního poranění, možným komplikacím, diagnostice a terapii. This bachelor thesis deals with medical plan and process in patient after a spinal cord lesion with clinical presentation of tetraplegia.
