Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou incentivních odměňovacích programů. Hlavním účelem je vymezení jednotlivých nástrojů v kontextu českého právního řádu. Práce v této souvislosti rozebírá příslušné aspekty legislativního rámce České republiky a poukazuje na jejich nedostatky. The thesis deals with the topic of incentive reward programs. The main purpose is to define the individual instruments in the context of the Czech legal system. In this context, the thesis analyses the relevant aspects of the Czech legislative framework and points out their shortcomings.
