Tato práce se věnuje svobodě projevu soudců z hlediska profesní etiky soudců. Meze soudcovských projevů nám pomáhají najít tradiční etické teorie: deontologie, konsekvencialismus a etika ctnosti. Všechny tyto teorie podporují závěr, že soudci svými projevy musejí přispívat k dobrému fungování justice. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the freedom of speech of judges from the perspective of judicial ethics. The limits of judicial expression are helped by traditional ethical theories: deontology, consequentialism and virtue ethics.
