Tato práce je zaměřena na infekce způsobené patogenními spirochetami. Nejprve se zaměřuje na Treponema pallidum subsp. pallidum, původce syfilis, kde popisuje úlohu polymorfismu TLR2 při získávání infekce syfilis a jeho možný ochranný účinek. Abstract:
This work is focused on infections caused by pathogenic spirochetes. Firstly, it focuses on Treponema pallidum ssp. pallidum, the causative agent of syphilis. It describes the role of TLR2 polymorphism in acquiring syphilis infection and its possible protective effect.
