Práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku instituce veřejného ochránce práv, včetně vývoje a uplatňování institutu ve světě (zejména Evropě), práce poukáže na možné modely. Návazně se zaměří na vymezení pravomoci a roli veřejného ochránce práv v oblasti kontroly veřejné správy. V rozboru se bude věnovat zejména oprávnění ochránce a jeho působení v praxi. The work is focused on the characteristics of the Ombudsman institution, including the development and implementation of the institute in the world (especially Europe), point out the possible models.
