Recurrence of criminal Activity
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá pojmem recidivy trestné činnosti a možnostmi její prevence. V práci je vymezen pojem recidivy. Dále je popsána stávající právní úprava a je provedena komparace s právní úpravou v zákoně č. 140/1961 Sb. Trestní zákon. Dále práce popisuje příčiny recidivy a nastiňuje možné preventivní opatření.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the concept of recidivism of crime and its prevention options. In this thesis there is defined the concept of recidivism. There is also described the current legislation and the comparison with the legislation in the Act No. 140/1961 Coll. Criminal Code. It also describes the causes of recidivism and suggests preventive precautions.
