Prediktivní finanční analýza jako předpoklad pro uplatnění dluhopisu malého a středního podniku na kapitálovém trhu

Abstract:

Akční plán programu Capital Market Union je realizován v České republice řadou regulatorních zákonných aktů až po zákon 462/2023 Sb. Zpřísnění povinností emitentů tzv. podlimitních dluhopisů z této zákonné úpravy by mělo být preventivním opatřením proti pokračování vydávání nesplacených emisí tohoto typu dluhopisů v příštích měsících a letech. Analýza finančního zdraví emitentů ukazuje na slabé stránky jejich finančního zdraví a odhaluje příčiny defaultů jednotlivých emisí. Základním nedostatkem pro zajištění odpovídající informovanosti pro rozhodování i investicích do podlimitních dluhopisů byla absence zveřejnění hospodářských výsledků emitentů na webových stránkách www.justice.cz, jak ukládá zákon a další platná legislativa.

Abstract:

The action plan of the Capital Market Union program is implemented in the Czech Republic by a number of regulatory legal acts up to Act 462 2023 Coll. The tightening of the obligations of issuers of so-called below-limit bonds from this legal regulation should be a preventive measure against the continuation of unpaid issues of this type of bonds in the coming months and years. The analysis of the financial health of issuers points to the weak points of their financial health and reveals the causes of defaults of individual issues. The lack of publication of issuers' financial results on the website www.justice.cz, as required by law and other applicable legislation, was a fundamental shortcoming for ensuring adequate information for decision-making and investments in sub-limit bonds.
