Flora of the area east of Brno town

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o přírodních podmínkách a květeně území východně od Brna rozkládajícím se mezi obcemi Pozořice, Viničné Šumice a Vítovice. Navazuje na práci bakalářskou (Brtníková 2016), v níž byly zpracovány přírodní poměry studované oblasti a na základě literární rešerše floristických prací byl zhotoven seznam taxonů, nacházejících se ve vybraném území.Vymezená oblast má rozlohu asi 15 km2 a rozkládá se v nadmořské výšce 300–504 m n. m. Jedná se o mírně teplou oblast s průměrnou teplotou 8–9 °C a průměrným ročním úhrnem srážek 450 až 500 mm. Územím neprotékají žádné větší řeky a nevyskytují se zde ani větší vodní plochy, pyšnit se však může množstvím studánek, díky bohatosti podzemních zdrojů vody. Převládajícím půdním typem jsou hnědozemě. Z hlediska fytogeografie spadá téměř celé území do mezofytika, z jihu nepatrně zasahuje do termofytika. V jihovýchodní části, mezi obcemi Viničné Šumice a Vítovice, se nachází přírodní památka Hynčicovy skály. Terénní výzkum byl prováděn v období od jara 2015 do jara 2019. Z území uvádím celkem 809 taxonů. Během terénního výzkumu jsem nalezla 628 taxonů, z toho u 485 byl ověřen dříve publikovaný výskyt a 143 taxonů bylo pro studovanou oblast nalezeno nově. Z celkového počtu je 135 taxonů uvedeno v Červeném seznamu cévnatých rostlin České republiky, 73 z nich se podařilo nalézt. K nejvýznamnějším nálezům patří Abutilon theophrasti, Filago arvensis, Filago vulgaris, Kickxia spuria a Veronica montana. Součástí práce je také dokladový herbář čítající 390 položek.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with natural conditions and flora of the area east of Brno, situated between Pozořice, Viničné Šumice and Vítovice. It extends the bachelor's thesis (Brtníková 2016), in which the natural conditions of the studied area were processed and a list of taxa found in the selected area was made based on a literary review of floristic works. The defined area is about 15 km2 and is situated at an altitude of 300–504 m above sea level. It is a slightly warm area with an average temperature of 8–9 ° C and an average annual rainfall of 450–500 mm. There are no larger rivers flowing through the territory, and there are no larger water areas, but it can boast of plenty of wells, thanks to the richness of underground water resources. The prevailing soil type is brown earth. From the point of view of phytogeography, almost the entire territory belongs to the mesophyticum, from the south it extends slightly to the thermophyticum. In the southeastern part, between the villages of Viničné Šumice and Vítovice, there is a natural monument of Hynčice Rocks.A field research was conducted between spring 2015 and spring 2019. In total 809 taxa are listed. During the field research I found 628 taxa, of which 485 were verified an earlier occurrence and 143 taxons were newly found for the study area. Of the total number of 135 taxa are listed in the Red List of Vascular Plants of the Czech Republic, 73 of them have been found. The most important findings include Abutilon theophrasti, Filago arvensis, Filago vulgaris, Kickxia spuria and Veronica Montana. The work also includes a documentary herbarium with 390 items.
