Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji trestněprávním aspektům Lisabonské smlouvy.Dalším důležitým bodem mé práce je také přiblížení procesu europeizace trestního práva a následný rozbor jednotlivých trestněprávních ustanovení, která jsou součástí Lisabonské smlouvy.
Abstract:
My diploma thesis deals with criminal aspects of the Treaty of Lisbon.Another important part of my thesis is also the process of Europization coming before analysis of the criminal aspects of the Treaty of Lisbon.
