Strategy and Controlling Small Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje strategii a controllingu ve zvolené firmě. Teoretická část seznamuje s danou problematikou, vysvětluje a vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se strategie, strategického řízení, strategického plánu, ale také především strategických analýz, které jsou potřebné k základní formulaci vize a mise podniku. Dále vymezuje pojem controlling a charakterizuje činnost controllera. Praktická část je zaměřena především na analýzu současného postavení podniku na trhu a pomocí strategických analýz je formulována strategie a cíle podniku, které pomocí controllingových nástrojů umožní efektivnější řízení podniku.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is dedicated to strategy and controlling in a company. The theoretical part introduces the problem, explains and defines the basic terms of strategy, strategic management, strategic plan, but above all the strategic analysis needed to formulate the basic vision and mission of the company. Furthermore, it defines the notion of controlling aktivity and characterizes the controller. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the current status of the company and the market through strategic analysis is formulated strategy and business objectives, controlling that use tools allow efficient management.
