Internal Control System in Selected Non-Profit Organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vnitřním kontrolním systémem u nestátní neziskové organizace sídlící v Olomouckém kraji. Cílem práce je tedy vytvořit vnitřní kontrolní systém. V první části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o dané problematice, vymezení nestátních neziskových organizací. V praktické části je představena vybraná organizace, její finanční analýza a na konec je představen projekt. Analýza současné vnitřní kontroly není provedena, jelikož je zjištěna úplná absence vnitřních předpisů organizace, a tak je provedena náprava. V závěru práce je navržen samotný postup vhodné implementace, provedení rizikové, nákladové analýzy a zhodnocení celého projektu.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with the international control system of non-profit organization seating in the region Olomouc. The objective is to create internal control system. In the first part there is summarized theoretical knowledge about the issue, definition of non-profit organizations. In the analytical part there is introduced chosen organization, its financial analysis and introduction of the project for the organization. The analysis of the current internal control is not performed, as a complete absence of the organization's internal regulations is found, and thus a correction is made. At the end of the work, the procedure itself is proposed, risk and cost analysis are provided and the project is evaluated.
