Changes of electoral system in Poland after 1989 and their influence on the party system
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem práce je analýza uskutečněných reforem do dolní komory parlamentu z let 1991, 1993 a 2001 v Polsku. V práci se pokusím popsat příčiny a události, vedoucí k realizaci reforem, a charakterizovat účinky, které tyto reformy měly.
Abstract:
The thesis evaluates elections and electoral system of Poland. Main goal of this thesis is analysis of changes in electoral system in years 1991, 1993 and 2001. In this thesis I attempt to describe reasons and effects of these changes.
