Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivy ekologických aspektů na tržní hodnotu budovy. Charakterizuje pasivní dům po stránce architektonické, prostorové, materiálové, technické i energetické. Dále se věnuje architektonickému konceptu výstavby ekologické vesnice Hostětín a využívání obnovitelných zdrojů energií. Popisuje a analyzuje jednotlivé ekologické aspekty a jejich vliv na tržní hodnotu budov.

This thesis discussed the effects environmental friendly building approaches have on the respective market value. Characterizes the architectural, spatial, material, technical and energy aspects of the passive house. Discusses thearchitecture, construction and renewable energy aspects of the Hostětín eco-village.
