V bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme technikou vyjednávania vo finančnom sektore. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické pojmy a súčasný stav v literatúre a v praxi. Poukazujeme na základné pojmy vyjednávania, osobnostné typy jednotlivcov, správnu komunikáciu medzi vyjednávateľom a klientom a zároveň prekonávanie rôznych prekážok, ktoré sa vyskytnú pri uzatváraní obchodu.
