Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové je vytvoření a zhodnocení podnikatelského plánu soukromé mateřské školy. Teoretická část práce se zabývá podnikáním malých a středních podniků a především podnikatelským plánem. Praktickou částí je podnikatelský plán, jehož stěžejními částmi jsou: analýza okolí, analýza konkurence, marketingový mix, finanční plán a analýza rizik.
Abstract:
This final thesis is regarding the creating and evaluation of the business plan of private nursery school. The theoretical part is about small and medium-sized enterprises and business plan itself. Practical part contains concrete business plan. Crucial parts of the business plan are: analysis of the environment, marketing mix, financial plan, risk analysis.
