Financial planning of social enterprise

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá finančním plánováním a finanční analýzou v organizaci sociálních služeb. Cílem práce je odhalit základní pravidla zásady při sestavování finančního plánu v posledních pěti letech a zjistit metody, které organizace při finančním plánování používá. Je také provedena finanční analýza, jejímž úkolem je zhodnotit finanční situaci organizace. Jsou porovnány finanční údaje z let 2005 až 2009 a použity vybrané ukazatele. Teoretická část se věnuje podstatou a hlavními principy a zásadami finančního řízení, rozpočtování a finančního plánování. Popsány jsou specifika neziskové organizace, které se týkají hlavně finančního plánování a rozpočtování. Poznatky z teoretické části jsou využity pro praktickou část, která je zaměřena na organizaci Charity Ostrava. Hlavním tématem je finanční plánování a finanční analýza.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with financial planning and financing analysis in organization of social services. The aim is to reveal the basic principles of the rules in the financial plan over the past five years and identify the methods that organizations use for financial planning. It also performed financial analysis, the task is to assess the financial situation of the organization. The compared data from financial years 2005 to 2009 using selected indicators. The theoretical part deals with the essence and the main principles and the principles of financial management, budgeting and financial planning. In the thesis, there are described specific of nonprofit organizations. The specifics relating to the financial planning and budgeting. The knowledge from the theoretical parts are used for the practical part, which is focused on Charity Ostrava. The main topic is financial planning a financial analysis.
