Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá súčasnou právnou úpravou osobných a kapitálových obchodných spoločností SR od založenia až po ich vznik. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na všeobecnú právnu úpravu obchodných spoločností a ich charakteristiku. V druhej kapitole analyzujeme jednotlivé obchodné spoločnosti od založenia až po vznik.
