Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců a vybraných motivačních faktorů, které ovlivňují celkovou pracovní spokojenost. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit hlavní faktory, které ovlivňují pracovní spokojenost.
