Comparison of income taxation in the Czech Republic and in the Russian Federation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá daňovým systémem a daňovou politikou České republiky a Ruské federativní republiky. Pomocí komparace daňových soustav, zejména zdanění právnických osob v obou těchto zemích je hledána odpověď na otázku, který daňový systém je z hlediska podnikání výhodnější. Cílem práce je na základě zhodnocení a analýzy získaných informací porovnat a vyhodnotit zdanění příjmů právnických osob v obou vybraných zemích. Pro tato zjištění je v textu stěžejní podrobný rozbor daňových systémů a zdanění právnických osob v uvedených státech, který je založen zejména na důsledné analýze legislativy České republiky a Ruské federativní republiky a odborné literatury zaměřující se na dané téma. Důležitým bodem textu bude navíc praktický zkušební výpočet daně z příjmu právnických osob v jednotlivých zemích, který podpoří teoretické poznatky získané v průběhu psaní textu diplomové práce a dopomůže k vyvození správné odpovědi na výše uvedenou stěžejní otázku.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis deals with the tax system and tax policy of the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. Using a comparison of tax systems, in particular, taxation of legal persons in both of these countries is sought the answer to the question of which tax system is from the standpoint of the business more profitable. The aim of the work is based on the review and analysis of the information obtained to compare and evaluate the taxation of corporate income in the two selected countries. For these findings is in the text of the flagship detailed analysis of the tax systems and the taxation of legal persons in the aforementioned states, which is based in particular on rigorous analysis of the legislation of the Czech republic and the Russian federative republic and the professional literature focusing on the topic. An important point of the text will be in addition practical test calculation of the corporate income tax in individual countries, which support the theoretical knowledge gained during writing the text of the thesis and will help to draw the right answers to the above-mentioned crucial question.
