Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá interpersonálními vztahy ve filiálce Nová Paka firmy Penny Market s. r. o. První část je věnována teorii sociálních skupin a interpersonálním vztahům. Druhá část je zaměřena na charakteristiku firmy Penny Market s. r. o. a na seznámení s její filiálkou v Nové Pace. Ve třetí části je popsána sociometrie, na jejímž základě je sestaven sociometrický test, který slouží k analýze interpersonálních vztahů v provozovně v Nové Pace. Součástí práce je i interpretace získaných dat, návrh na restrukturalizaci sociální skupiny a vyhledání pracovníků, kteří by nejlépe nahradili případně absentující zaměstnance.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with interpersonal relationships in Nová Paka branch store of the company Penny Market Ltd. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to social groups theory and the interpersonal relationships. The second part is focused on the company Penny Market Ltd itself and its Nová Paka branch store characteristics. There is a sociometry described in the third part of the thesis. It also provides some information for a sociometric test. This test can be used for analyzing the interpersonal relationships in Nová Paka branch store. The thesis also includes an interpretation of gathered data, a social group restructuring and an employee selecting proposal for hiring new possible employees to the best replace the ones who withdraw from work.
