Property as Security of a Mortgage
Abstract:
Cílem práce je nadefinování podmínek pro získání úvěru. Každý úvěr musí být zajištěn odpovídající hodnotou - zástavou. Problematika zástav je řešena v kapitole dvě, kde je proveden rozbor vhodnosti. Pro upřesnění vlastnických a jiných věcných práv jsou využívána data z katastru nemovitostí. Tato data tvoří jeden ze základních informačních systémů státní (veřejné) správy v České republice. The goal this work is to define the conditions a loan. Each loan has to be secured with sufficient equity. Security is dealt with in chapter two by using suitability analysis. Data trom the Lend Registry is used for accurate ownership rights and other property rights.
