Diplomová práce hledá řešení, jak zlepšit finanční situaci společnosti NAVOS, a.s., která je jednou z největších společností typu zemědělského zásobování a prodeje v České republice a je také součástí Agrofert holdingu. Diploma thesis is looking for ways of how to improve the financial situation of NAVOS, a.s. - one of the biggest companies specializing in agricultural purchase and sale in Czech Republic. NAVOS is also part of Agrofert Group. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial condition and health of the company and recommend possible ways for improvement.
