Tematikou tejto odbornej práce boli Vernostné programy pre nezávislé hotelové zariadenia. V prvej časti práce sme sa zaoberali teóriou v oblasti hotelníctva, konkrétne hotelmi a penziónmi ako aj nezávislými a reťazovými hotovými zariadeniami.
