Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce by měla čtenáře uvést do problematiky úmyslných usmrcení. Zabývá se zhodnocením právní úpravy jednak v České republice, jednak v Anglii a Walesu. Pozornost je soustředěna zejména na popis jednotlivých trestných činů a trestů, jež jsou za úmyslná usmrcení ukládány.
Abstract:
This thesis introduces readers to the topic of intentional killing. It deals with the assessment of legal regulations, both in the Czech Republic as well as in England and Wales. It focuses mainly on describing criminal offences and forms of punishment.
