Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá výcvikem a rozvojem bankovních prodejců. Teoretická část analyzuje, jaké dovednosti a znalosti by měl bankovní prodejce získat. Ukazuje důležitost umění prodeje a poznání potřeb zákazníka. Vysvětluje činnost personálního managementu a přibližuje možnosti motivace a stimulace pracovníků. Praktická část představuje společnost GE Money Bank a následně analyzuje současný stav tamního výcviku bankéřů. Hlavním cílem práce je poukázat na efektivitu cross sellingu a na jeho značně rostoucí význam v oblasti bankovnictví.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the training and developmnet of the bank dealers. Thesis describes skills of excellent vendors of financial products. It shows the importance of salesmanship and the knowledge about customers right needs. Thesis also explains activities of personnel management and examines the possibility of stimulation and motivation of employees. The practical part of thesis analyzes the current state of training of employees in one major Czech bank. Thesis points out the merits of cross selling and its growing importance.
