Cílem práce je zjistit provázanost sociálních a zdravotních služeb pro osoby bez domova v Opavě s návrhem možného řešení stávající situace v dané oblasti. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou sociálního vyloučení, fenoménem bezdomovectví a specifiky zdravotní a sociální oblasti v práci s lidmi bez domova. The aim of this thesis is to determine the consistency of social and health services for homeless people in Opava with the proposal of a possible solution of the current situation in the particular issue.
