Tato práce je zaměřena na možnosti stanovení fenolických kyselin pomocí metody vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie (HPLC – High Performance Liquid Chromatography). Cílem práce bylo nalézt vhodné podmínky pro identifikaci a stanovení obsahu látek v reálném vzorku - pivu. This work is focused on possibilites for determination of phenolic acids using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The aim of this work was to find appropriate conditions for the quantitative and qualitative determination of this substances in beer.
