Low-cost Service Communication with Emphasis on Web Presentation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na webovou prezentaci podnikatelky (OSVČ) v oblasti onkologické fyzioterapie. Cílem práce je navrhnout efektivní a cenově dostupné řešení webové prezentace s ohledem na specifika marketingu ve zdravotnictví a s důrazem na optimalizaci pro vyhledávače (SEO). V diplomové práci jsou představeny pojmy jako nízkorozpočtová komunikace, tvorba webových stránek, UX design, CX, SEO, analýza klíčových slov a obsahový marketing. Praktická část práce zkoumá konkurenční prostředí, SEO a uživatelskou přívětivost webu podnikatelky. Byla využita Porterova analýza, analýza konkurenčních webů na základě SEO testu, analýza klíčových slov a kvalitativní šetření formou uživatelského testování. Na základě veškerých zjištění byla navržena optimalizace webu podnikatelky. Hlavním přínosem práce je komplexní přístup k problematice nízkorozpočtové webové prezentace pro OSVČ.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the web presentation of a female entrepreneur (self-employed) in the field of oncological physiotherapy. The aim of the thesis is to propose an effective and affordable web presentation solution with regard to the specifics of marketing in the healthcare industry and with an emphasis on search engine optimization (SEO). The thesis introduces concepts such as low-cost communication, web development, UX design, CX, SEO, keyword analysis and content marketing. The practical part of the thesis examines the competitive environment, SEO and user-friendliness of the entrepreneur's website. Porter's analysis, competitive website analysis based on SEO test, keyword analysis and qualitative investigation in the form of user testing were used. Based on all the findings, optimization of the entrepreneur's website was proposed. The main contribution of the thesis is a comprehensive approach to the problem of low-cost web presence for self-employed people.
