Satisfaction and motivation of employees in the Czech and Foreign Company

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis author focused on measurement of employee satisfaction as it is the important aspect of Human Resource Management as it is essential for companies to keep the level of satisfaction high among the employees, which is the requirement for increasing productivity, quality, responsiveness, and customer service.The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the level of employee motivation and satisfaction in Czech and foreign company. Theoretical part of this thesis contains concepts understanding leadership, Job motivation, job satisfaction, job organization, and cultural dissimilarities. In the theoretical part, author created the questionnaire based on concepts mentioned in theoretical part. The research indicates that the level of employee satisfaction and motivation in both companies is high, although there is and always will be the space for improvements. Summary of findings along with the suggestions are presented in the research chapter.
