Práce hodnotí naplňování práva na vzdělání v České republice pomocí lidskoprávních indikátorů. The diploma thesis examines the right to education in the Czech Republic using the methodology of human rights indicators. After the initial explanation of concerned theoretical concepts, the thesis moves on to analyse the compliance with international human rights obligations concerning the right to education in the Czech Republic, using both quantitative and qualitative publicly available data.
