Klíčovou otázku pro tuto práci představuje, jak působit na politické činitele, aby se rozhodovali tak, aby maximalizovali společenský blahobyt. Práce zkoumá, které ukazatele jsou pro tuto problematiku vhodné, zda by tím klíčovým ukazatelem mohl být ukazatel HDP, či zda je nutné sledovat více ukazatelů. The key question for this thesis is how to influence decision makers to make their decisions in favour of the society's well-being. This work studies which indicators are suitable in doing so.
