Healthy and safe clasroom climate in the primary education

Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce je zaměřeno na zdravé a bezpečné klima ve třídě v primárním vzdělávání. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje kapitoly školní klima, třídní klima, školní třída, komunikace a interakce z obecného i z pedagogického hlediska, poslední kapitolou v teoretické části práce je mladší školní věk, ve kterém jsou popsány všechny vývoje u těchto žáků. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnání dvou třetích tříd jedné přerovské základní školy z hlediska klimatu ve třídě, a to pomocí Dotazníku B4, který byl vyhodnocen pro každou třídu zvlášť, třídy byly poté navzájem porovnány. K výzkumné části byly také vedeny rozhovory s třídními učitelkami těchto tříd, rozhovor se skládal z šesti otázek, byl zaměřen nejen na klima daných tříd, ale také na začleňování ukrajinských žáků do třídních kolektivů. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že třídní kolektivy dvou zkoumaných tříd jsou rozdílné, v první zkoumané třídě panuje příjemné klima, žáci spolu vychází a spolupracují, dbají na dodržování třídních pravidel, kdežto ve druhé zkoumané třídě je klima spíše horší, žáci se mezi sebou nemají rádi, nechtějí navzájem spolupracovat, nedodržují pravidla. Z rozhovorů s třídními učitelkami také vyplývá, že třídní kolektivy jsou rozdílné.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is focused on a healthy and safe classroom climate in primary education. The theoretical part defines the chapters school climate, classroom climate, school class, communication and interaction from a general and pedagogical point of view, the last chapter in the theoretical part of the thesis is the younger school age, in which all the developments of these pupils are described. The main goal of the work is to compare two third classes of one Přerov elementary school in terms of classroom climate using Questionnaire B4, which was evaluated for each class separately, the classes were then compared to each other. For the research part, interviews were conducted with the class teachers of these classes, the interview consisted of six questions, it was focused not only on the climate of the given classes, but also on the inclusion of Ukrainian students in class collectives. The research shows that the class collectives of these two classes are different, in the first examined class there is a pleasant climate, the pupils get along and cooperate, they make sure to observe the class rules, whereas in the second examined class the climate is rather worse, the pupils do not like each other, they don't want to cooperate with each other, they don't follow the rules. Interviews with class teachers also show that class teams are different.
