Abstract:
Smyslem mojí diplomové práce, bylo především zachytit institut místního referenda, jeho využití v územních samosprávných celcích a právní rámec, který mu dává zákon č. 22/2004 Sb., o místním referendu.
Abstract:
The main subject of my dissertation work is to describe institute of the local referendum, use in territorial self-governing districts and legal Framework described in the law No. 22/2004 publication of the local referendum.
