Abstract:

Kubátová, M. Změny ve spotřebitelském chování mladých lidí v cestovním ruchu v důsledku pandemie Covid-19. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Diplomová práce se zabývá spotřebitelským chováním mladých lidí v cestovním ruchu. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikovat hlavní změny v chování u mladých lidí ve věku 18-30 let způsobené pandemií Covid-19. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na problematiku chování spotřebitele a cestovního ruchu. Orientační analýza se pak zabývá současným stavem trhu cestovního ruchu v ČR. Součástí práce je také kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný formou dotazníkového šetření (n = 357). Následuje testování jednotlivých hypotéz a v závěru jsou ze získaných informací zpracovány návrhy pro podnikatele v cestovním ruchu s cílem zmírnit dopady pandemie.

Kubátová, M. Changes in the consumer behaviour of young people in tourism due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2021. The diploma thesis deals with the consumer behaviour of young people in tourism. The main aim of this thesis is to identify the main changes in behaviour of young people aged 18-30 years caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issue of consumer behaviour and tourism. The orientation analysis deals with the current state of the tourism market in the Czech Republic. The thesis also includes quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey (n = 357). The research is followed by the testing of individual hypotheses. Based on the data points obtained, the thesis concludes with propositions for entrepreneurs in tourism in order for them to mitigate the impacts of the pandemic.
