Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bude představit právní podstatu místních poplatků obce a jejich vztah k rozpočtu obce. V první kapitole bude vysvětlena právní úprava místních poplatků a daně. Nadále v další kapitole budou představeny jednotlivé druhy místních poplatků. Navazující bude popis pravomoci a zavedení místních poplatků. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present the legal nature of local fees and their relationship to the municipal budget. In the first chapter the legal regulation of local fees and taxes will be explained. Further in the next chapter the different types of local fees will be introduced.
