Cílem této práce je analyzovat stávající způsob řešení reklamačních požadavků a poté navrhnout a realizovat novou efektivní koncepci evidence. Protože máme již k dispozici zaběhlý informační systém, logickým vyústěním bylo rozhodnuto rozšířit tento systém o modul pro správu reklamačních požadavků. The main goal of this thesis is analyzing current process of reclamation management and then design and finally realize new effective reclamation management system concept.
