Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na firemní kulturu ve společnostech Česká pošta, s.p. a Slovenská pošta, a.s. Soustředí se na vymezení důležitých pojmů v oblasti kultury a na následné popsání jednotlivých prvků firemní kultury, které jsou dále rozvedeny na názorných případech v poštovních podnicích. This bachelor thesis is concentrated on the organizational culture in the companies Česká pošta, s.p. and Slovenská pošta, a.s.
