Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje Dětskému centru Brno. Dětská centra jsou novým typem zařízení v systému náhradní výchovné péče v České republice. Jsou to zařízení, která poskytují ohroženým dětem náhradní výchovnou péči na kvalitní a interdisciplinární úrovni. Teoretický úsek práce má dvě hlavní části. První část se zabývá systémem náhradní péče o ohrožené děti v České republice, přičemž se zaměřuje na problematiku jeho rezortní roztříštěnosti a také na zařazení dětských center do tohoto systému. Druhá část se věnuje již přímo Dětskému centru Brno a to konkrétně historii centra, jeho hlavním úkolům, péči o děti umístěné v něm a financování. Pozornost je věnována také dětem v pozici klientů, personálu, prostorům centra, speciálním oddělením a jeho budoucnosti. Empirická část je zaměřena na prostředí Dětského centra Brno a to na oblast sledování a hodnocení vývoje dětí, které jsou zde umístěny. Je zde popsán realizovaný výzkum, použité metody a jeho výsledky.

Abstract:

This work is focused on Children centre Brno. Children centres are new kind of institutions in the system of alternate institution care of Czech Republic. These institutions offer interdisciplinar and qualitatively high compensatory alternate institution care to foster children. Theoretical part of this work is divided into two parts. First part is focused on system of alternate care of foster children in Czech Republic, whereas special attention is payed to resort fractionalism and submission of children centres into this system. Second part is focused directly on Children centre Brno, concretely on the history and main aims of this centre, care of children placed in this centre and financial matters of this centre. Attention is also payed to children in client positions, personal staff, precints, special departments and its future. Empirical part is focused on the environment of Children centre Brno especially on the observation and evaluation of development of children placed in this centre. Description of realized survey, used methods and the results of this survey is offered here.
