Inventory of the Jarošov Local National Committee and its activities in 1945-1949

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvořit plnohodnotnou archivní pomůcku typu inventář k místnímu národnímu výboru obce Jarošov. Práce vychází ze Základních pravidel pro zpracovávání archiválií a Metodického pokynu č. 1/2018. Fond je rozdělen do dvou časových období, 1945–1949 a 1954–1971, kvůli změnám v administrativní struktuře obce. Elektronický výstup z programu ELZA je doplněn o teoretickou část práce, která se zaměřuje na činnost výboru v letech 1945–1949. Výsledný inventář má posloužit archivářům a badatelům ve Státním okresním archivu v Uherském Hradišti.

Abstract:

The main aim of the work was to create a full-fledged archival aid of the type of the inventory of the Local National Committee of Jarošov. The work is based on the Basic Rules for the Processing of Archival Materials and Methodological Instruction No. 1/2018. The collection is divided into two time periods, 1945-1949 and 1954-1971, due to changes in the administrative structure of the municipality. The electronic out- put from the ELZA programme is supplemented by a theoretical part of the work, which focuses on the activities of the Committee in the years 1945-1949. The result- ing inventory is intended to serve archivists and researchers in the State District Ar- chives in Uherské Hradiště.
