Abstract:
Bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teoretické shrnutí a porovnání základních principů retributivní a restorativní justice a vytvoření přehledu možností uplatňování obou modelů trestní justice v České republice, jako je uplatňování alternativního řešení trestních věcí úloha Probační a mediační služby v systému trestní spravedlnosti.
Abstract:
