Tato práce pojednává o povinnosti k náhradě škody s ohledem na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. Tato práce se dělí do 6 kapitol. První kapitola seznamuje čtenáře s danou problematikou, druhá kapitola vymezuje obecně povinnost nahradit škodu, třetí kapitola vymezuje pracovní úraz a nemoc z povolání a ve čtvrté kapitole se čtenář seznamuje s bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci. This work deals with the obligation to compensate for damage with regard to safety and health at work. This work is divided into 6 chapters.
